                                                         Congratulations to those who were able to attend The Yoga Workshop for Low Back Pain and Knees on

                                                         November 14, 2015. It was fun and informative.  For those who missed it, come on over to Okinawa TE     

                                                         for Yoga on Saturday mornings at 9:00am

                                                         Thank You to our gracious hosts Richard and Linda from Okinawa Te and to our speakers Michael and  

                                                         Sheri Banyar from Michael's Wellness Center and Marina McNutt from Acton Acupuncture. And also to my  

                                                         beautiful and talented yoga sisters Kathy Lively and BJ Peterson who assisted  with the modifications and  

                                                         alignment of your poses.

I'm looking forward to Saturday mornings at 9:00am to continue our study on the benefits of a rehabilitative yoga practice. Until then, enjoy building your personal yoga practice using each of the poses to create inner quietness and peace which will move you toward healing and rejuvenation.
