This course offers new students, or ones that are just in need of a refresher, the opportunity to experience the many health benefits of Yoga.
This class focuses on a safe application of poses that are modified to fit your flexibility and level of fitness.We teach the Iyengar yoga method. All are welcome. Saturdays 9:00am at Okinawa-Te in Lancaster.
